Whole food, plant based cooking class

A whole food, plant-based nutrition builds the foundation of a healthy diet. Vegetables, fruits, whole grains, legumes and plant fats are neglected by todays lifestyle and are rather an exception than standard. You’ll learn how easy you can incorporate more plant based foods into your diet and what the benefits of them are. It will be a mixture between education and hands on class.
