The Asian kitchen works a lot with health enhancing spices and herbs and in the European kitchen you’ll find different healthy cooking methods. Elika (owner of Kitchen by Food Rebel and and myself will show you how to combine those two worlds into a flavorful 3 course menu.

• A Thai inspired creamy vegetable soup
• Poached chicken bedded on Asian style noodles with European vegetables (vegan option available)
