Healthy and time efficient cooking class

Healthy cooking doesn’t need to be bland and boring. I will show you a time efficient way to cook healthy dishes for the whole family. In general, we all consume to much meat and animal fat but forget about the benefits of legumes as protein source. In this cooking class, you will learn how to prepare amazing dishes with plant based food. In groups of two to three you will cook a 4-course meal which you’ll then enjoy for lunch.
