My nutrition is around 70-80% plant-based because I strongly believe that a plant-based wholefoods nutrition should be the basis of a healthy lifestyle. The remaining 20-30% I (try) to stay flexible because that’s what life is all about.
What to expect if you work with me
My goal is to show and teach people that their bodies need to be nourished and that they don’t have to starve themselves to feel good. With my approach, you learn how easy healthy and nourishing food can be prepared and that there is no need to restrict yourself. I’ll teach you to see food in different categories than carbohydrates, proteins and fats. With me you will not end up in (another) diet cycle but you finally get to start your healthy lifestyle!
