My name is Mélanie. I am a trainer and workshop facilitator, supporting women through the different phases of life: from the menstrual cycle and pre- and postnatal periods to menopause.

My passion for movement, combined with my training in strength and endurance coaching and my focus on the nervous system and the female cycle, forms the foundation of my work. Through ongoing exchange with my participants, I’ve come to understand how deeply our life phases influence both our training and our overall well-being.

As I enter my own perimenopause, I’m beginning to notice subtle changes in my body. These experiences, together with the questions and needs of my clients, have led me to engage deeply with this topic.

My goal is not only to help women become physically stronger, but also to offer meaningful moments of insight they can carry into their everyday lives. I believe that training should adapt to what we need in each phase of life. Mindful movement helps you reconnect with yourself, build inner safety, and strengthen your intuition.

My name is Dominique, and I am a nutritionist and hormone coach for women over 40. I'm also a mother of two.

Since my very first period, my cycle never felt like a friend. Every month, there were around two weeks when I felt so unwell, physically and mentally, that even everyday life became challenging. The lowest point came after the birth of my first child, when I was diagnosed with postpartum depression.

That experience changed everything.

I began to explore hormones deeply. First out of necessity, and later out of genuine fascination. The more I learned, the clearer it became how complex, finely tuned, and at the same time influence-able our hormonal system truly is.

Today, I work as a hormone coach because I want to support women in understanding their bodies, instead of fighting against them. My focus is on sharing knowledge and offering practical, realistic ways to actively support hormonal health through nutrition, stress management, movement, and, when appropriate, hormone replacement therapy.

My greatest wish is that women never again have to hear:
“You just have to live with it.”

Instead, I want them to be able to say:
“I understand what’s happening in my body and I have the tools to take my health into my own hands.”

My name is Seraina. I work as a women’s guide, yoga teacher, cycle mentor, and craniosacral therapist in training. I’m also a mother of three.

Yoga and the wisdom of the female body deeply fascinate me. In my own practice and in my work with women, I repeatedly witness how healing it can be to experience the body not as a “problem,” but as an ally,  especially through the menstrual cycle, pregnancy, motherhood, and the many transition phases of womanhood.

I am currently navigating perimenopause myself, an intense, sometimes challenging, yet deeply transformative phase.

Through both personal experience and deeper study, I am especially passionate about how women can be gently supported during this time: through nervous system regulation, mindful bodywork, breathwork, yoga, yoni steaming, and craniosacral therapy.

I believe that our bodies carry a deep inner wisdom and that with mindful support, we can learn to trust that wisdom again.
