What's included in the PeriPower Program
The holistic PeriPower Program includes three pillars:
Strength Training, Nutrition and Recovery

Strength Training
From around age 30, women naturally lose muscle mass, the engine of your metabolism.
During perimenopause, strength training becomes essential.
In Peri Power, you learn how to train your muscles without overloading your body.
Train smarter, not harder.
What’s included:

2 on-site group strength sessions per week
(Monday & Thursday evenings at SOMA Studio, Albisrieden) -
24 total strength workouts over 12 weeks

12-week strength training plan (PDF)

Training focused on muscle mass, bone health & metabolism

Flexible access to SOMA Studio if you miss a group session
No prior strength training experience required.
This approach gives you structure, flexibility, and long-term results — without burnout.

Nutrition & Hormone Coaching
Eating less and doing more cardio often stops working during perimenopause.
Just like training, nutrition needs to change too.
In Peri Power, you don’t eat less. You eat smarter.
You’ll be supported by a certified nutritionist and hormone coach.
What’s included:

Bi-weekly educational videos on key topics such as protein intake, regular meals, liver health, and blood sugar stability

One 30-minute personal nutrition coaching session

A food journal to increase awareness and identify areas for improvement
(no calorie counting, no measuring) -
Worksheets & checklists to help you identify stressors, clarify your main goals, and support your body effectively
This part of the program helps you understand what your body needs now and how to meet those needs in a realistic, sustainable way.

Recovery & Nervous System Regulation
Many symptoms during perimenopause are not just a hormone issue. They are a nervous system and cortisol issue.
Constant tension, inner restlessness, irritability, low energy - these are signs of a system that rarely gets the chance to truly recover.
In Peri Power, you’ll learn tools that help your body shift out of stress and into regulation.
What’s included:

1 Craniosacral treatment (60 minutes)

Breathwork (Pranayama) to support nervous system balance

Yoga Nidra (NSDR) for deep rest and recovery

Additional practices such as yoni steaming and other restorative tools
This part of the program supports deep recovery, emotional regulation, and long-term resilience, essential foundations for hormonal health.
