In The Nourish Code, we’ll explore together how the right nutrition can positively influence your hormones.
You’ll keep a food diary that we’ll analyze together: practical, realistic, and free from any dogma.
After 4 weeks, you’ll have clarity about what truly supports your body and how nutrition affects your cycle, energy, and mood.
Here’s what’s included:

1:1 Initial Consultation (approx. 60 min)
Introduction to hormone-supportive nutrition:
Blood sugar balance, cycle-syncing, common hormone disruptors & your first quick wins.

Food & Mood Diary (5-7 days)
You’ll track not only what you eat, but also how you feel — including energy levels, mood, and hunger cues.

Analysis & Coaching (60-75 min)
Review of your diary: What supports your hormones? Where is there room for improvement? You’ll receive tailored, practical recommendations you can use right away.

Final Session (30 min)
Reflect on your changes, clarify any open questions, and define your next steps for a sustainable, hormone-supportive lifestyle.

The Balance Protocol (3 month)
Your personal compass for hormonal health
You don’t just want to know what to eat – you want to feel fundamentally better.
In The Balance Protocol, we go deeper: nutrition, movement, skincare, stress management, sleep – everything that impacts your hormonal balance is covered.
Optionally, you can learn even more about your hormone status with a saliva test.
After 3 months, you won’t just have new habits – you’ll have found your own rhythm.

Overview of all hormone-relevant areas of life: Nutrition, exercise, care, sleep & stress
